My number one goal in life is to live authentically—true to myself—and I wish this for everyone.
To live authentically, one must have confidence. Without confidence, societal pressures interfere with the ability to believe in what we believe and do what we want to do to stay in alignment with ourselves.
Between the ages of 8 and 30, I was insecure and life seemed full of uncertainty. I questioned my beliefs and decisions—even seemingly trivial decisions like what to wear.
Slowly, I’ve walked away from the need to be what others think I should be and what society tells me to be—I choose to be who I am. In order to be confident and live true to myself, I had to get clear on who I am—I had to identify my values, beliefs, desires, and boundaries—and you can too!
THIS IS WHY I COACH!
MY VALUES
In order to live authentically, I know that I must stay true to my values.
Currently, my top 3 values are
integrity, humility, and generosity.
I do not waiver on my values, even if asked by someone in authority, like a boss. I’ll ask questions to gather more information and to identify the reason behind the ask before responding. Ultimately, if it doesn’t sit right with me—I will say so.
MY CONFIDENCE
My confidence does waiver at times.
When that happens, I reground in my values and beliefs about both myself and others.
People lead with love, kindness, and confidence when they feel accepted and respected—heard and understood.
I believe people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole—everyone does the best they can at any given moment (me to).
MY PASSION
It is my passion to empower individuals to live and lead with confidence.
By lead, I mean lead their own lives and lead others. Everyone can learn how to lead with confidence—EVERYONE!
People feel empowered when they reflect and generate their own ideas.
Empowering individuals fosters a more positive, healthy society.
WHAT’S YOUR MOOSE STORY?
During a May 2021 hike with a friend at Rocky Mountain National Park, a moose crossed our path about 20 feet ahead. It briefly paused to nibble on brush and then circled back, passing just 10 feet away from us in all its grandeur. We stood in awe, transfixed by this remarkable creature.
That moose served as the catalyst for a significant life decision, which I pursued with the guidance of an exceptional life coach.
Now, I want to partner with people to teach them what I learned so they too can learn to live and lead with confidence.
Moose are associated with strength, determination, and tenacity. They also represents introspection and presence. When a moose appears in your life, it’s a reminder to stay grounded and focused on your goals.
Coaching provides you with a safe environment to develop focused goals and specific action driven by you, supported by me.
Moose lead with confidence. So can you!
